Awesome hole in the wall British pub. Amazing beer cheese soup and fish and chips (it's really their tartar sauce that won me over).They did what they could to account for lack of business (raising prices, renaming the menu items after British icons and tv characters, but alas they did not survive the war. If this place reopens elsewhere, I would go in a second... Unfortunately their shopping strip was only just becoming active again. Too little too late.
This place is closed. Replaced by another restaurant... Relaxing atmosphere. Food is average for a British Pub. Prices are a bit high, since the change of management. Good place to go for local music. Bit odd that dart boards are right next to stage, would be nice to play darts and listen to live music. I suppose you could, but musicians might be upset after you stuck a dart or two in them.
We like coming here for a change of pace. Really good British style comfort food. Some nights there is live music which I am generally not a fan of at restaurants but they don't make it overbearingly loud.
