The menu was a delight of yummy Comfort food. The buttermilk pie warmed was absolutely out of this world. The service was incredible and the atmosphere was delightful thank you for a wonderful meal
Really was some of the best southern food I’ve ever had. Fried pickles were so damn good with their house made ranch. Country fried steak the best I’ve ever had. Wife had the ribs and they were fall off the bone ribs with a sweet and tangy bbq sauce, my daughter had a filet mignon cooked to perfection. Found this place leaving Atlanta headed towards Augusta and I’m so glad i did. If i ever come back down to atl im stopping in.
This restaurant is one of my favorites. Friendly service, excellent food every time I stop by, and just an overall nice ambiance. They were always VERY kind to my elderly grandmother during the last years of her life, and very patient with her needs. They have a big restroom which is very nice. Last time I checked (around 2024), they had free wi-fi, and it worked great. The last meal I got there was takeout, their chicken strips dinner which is my favorite, very tender chicken strips and great honey mustard sauce. I adore their squash casserole and it isn't over-salted so it's great for my low sodium diet. Their unsweet tea is some of the best in town if you like unsweet tea. I've enjoyed this restaurant since around 2012 or so. Many thanks!
