See All ReviewsOverall a wonderful experience from the very first day we met Nicole, until our last session. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and very easy to work with. Her flexible hours and reliability made it very easy on our hectic life style. I already recommended through the years speech to some close friends, family, and now Google. Nicole deserves my review and your business.
I haven't even had the chance to go there because when I called for the business hours, the lady (Nicole) hung up in my face. And after calling a few more times, i got the voicemail twice, and was told to stop calling there and that the business hours was none of my "f***ing business." Then I was also told I had the wrong number and finally a guy came on the phone, gave me the business hours and gave me a different number to call, but i told him how rude Nicole was being on the phone. He then asked me what I needed and I told him Speech Pathology. I mean of course that's what I need if I'm calling the number to a Speech Therapist. I thought that was a given. However, here's the icing on the cake....he asks what do I need Speech Pathology for! I JUST called for the business hours to make an appointment, NOT to be put through a game of 21 questions. It IS July 4th though, so maybe she (maybe both of them) was drunk?!?! I don't recommend my business to an unprofessional place like that at all.
