The food is good. Hot, tasty and made too order. My issue is that the girl who answers the phone during lunch doesn't know a single word of English. The girl, I think her name is Jessica, who I placed a pick up order with before 11am was helpful and took my order without any problems. When I got home, I noticed I was missing a pupusa, even though I was charged for it. Now, I'm unable to get that corrected. It would be great if the person answering the phone was bilingual.
Food and prices decent. Waitress seemed she didnt want to be there. Atmosphere is so so I had homeless couple walk in for no reason, made it unpleasant.
Honestly, it went downhill it's been kinda pricey for a while but at least it was justifiable with how good the food was... but now its just horrible. Pupusas horrible and the tamales full of pepper chicken sucks and the potatoes hard. The new look, looks alright but I think spend more time cooking rather then decorating
