See All ReviewsI like ethnic restaurants.., and I’m not well versed on Guatemalan food… but this place is much more interesting than the usual Mexican joints…
Food is great (especially the papusas) and service is pretty good. Helps to know Spanish for sure, at least on the bar side.
Atmosphere seemed great and bar area looked really nice. Food was not that great, the eggs with chorizo that I ordered were bland and plantains not that enjoyable. The service was terrible, the middle aged cashier that took my order seemed to have a problem with me being there and had to wait 20-25 mins for my food. My food was ready way earlier and only got it because the barista noticed I was there for a long time and checked the orders that were ready on the counter. The cashier wasn’t bothering on checking the orders that were ready because she was close to the kitchen gossiping and on the phone.
