See All ReviewsTina's Diner is a little diner that serves authentic diner food at very reasonable prices. The mushroom and swiss burger, fresh cut fries, and chef salad we ordered were served in plentiful serving sizes, and were very tasty. The service was great and our server was very helpful and attentive. I would recommend paying with cash, because any card sales require a $2 additional charge. Other than that, we highly recommend visiting Tina's.
Home-cooked old fashioned goodness. Had the beef and noodles with mashed potatoes and pickled beets. Everything was delicious!!
My buddies and I stopped by Tina’s Diner earlier this week around mid-morning. It’s a bit smaller than most places—hence the “diner”—but has a full menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. When we walked in, we were greeted right away and told to sit wherever we liked. Our waitress was at our table within a minute with menus and took our drink orders. I ordered off the breakfast specials and got “The Mess” with a potato cake on the side. Really great meal! “The Mess” came with 2 biscuits, cheddar cheese, sausage gravy, and 2 eggs on top—it was more than filling. I only ordered the potato cake because I hadn’t had one since I was a kid. If “The Mess” sounds like too much food, they also offer a "1/2 Mess" which is 1 biscuit, cheddar cheese, smothered in sausage gravy with 1 egg on top. The food, coffee, and service were all excellent. I’m really glad we stopped, and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for atmosphere was because it was really cold inside—though maybe they had just opened up. Either way, I definitely recommend stopping in to try this place out. Just keep in mind they close at 3 p.m.
