We’ve been going here for YEARS, and yeah, sometimes they mess up, but this time was BAD BAD like the worst it’s ever been. The nachos were cold, the cheese was just thrown in the middle, and it’s like they don’t even care anymore. The prices went up but the quality went way down. I HOPE THEIR BOSS SEES THIS because they seriously need to do better, especially with the nachos, hot Cheetos, and their customer DAMN service.
Ordered a corn that took forever to get to me and it tasted bad, like rancid. I usually buy their nachos which are good. I've had their fruit and it has been good.
To the lady employee that was working today on Sunday, January 12, 2025 at 3:15 PM. You suck at customer service. I don’t think I have ever had this horrible a level of service in my entire life and I’m 40! You do not need to be working in customer service. How dare you interact with paying customers the way you did. Disgusting. I hope the owner sees this because you are unbelievably lazy and rude. That’s why I left without purchasing anything.
