Honest opinion: place is mid. I appreciate what they're trying to do, but you can taste the lack of freshness in most of the items. Menu has way too many items on it, too. It wasn't absolutely horrible, but wasn't something to run home about. Felt most of the products being used came right off a Sysco truck. What really put me off though, was when I came in to order, the woman behind the register was sitting down(behind the counter), shoving her face into a bowl of food. I've worked in the restaurant & customer service industry for quite some time, and I don't know what the health standards are of Ohio County, but in all the places I've worked at, you don't do that. And if you are eating, you wash your hands before waiting on the next person(which did not happen). I may give them another shot in the future, but for now, this has put me off.
Tried Tito’s Sloppy Doggs for the first time last Friday and I haven’t stopped thinking about it since. I ordered the Double Doubler burger… and wow. The cheese was melted perfectly, the bacon was crispy and packed with flavor—just an all-around perfect burger. Fast forward to today—I finally had time after work and called at 5:12 (they close at 5:30). He answered with so much energy and professionalism, like he hadn’t already been behind the grill all day. I told him how I’d been thinking about that burger all week and asked if there was still time—he said yes without hesitation. I rushed over, got to chat with him and his family, and you can just tell it’s a genuine, hardworking family business. And the burger? EXACTLY the same. Just as perfect as the first time. No drop-off, no “off day”—he delivered again. Safe to say, I’m officially converted. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for staying open and making another amazing burger!
Staff were friendly, food was made fast and well. Hasbrowns have an interesting almost sweet pepper seasoning, and the breakfast sandwich has a good amount of food on it. Overall would recommend.
