I never get picked up at time they text making me lose my appointment and THEN they never came and got me after multiple calls to modivecare/ logistic care. I know they are in many states but T&LHAS TO BE THE WORST!!! located in the brick/ lakewood area of brickk
My Name is Jodi, My fiance & I use T&L alot for Dr.'s appt at least 3 times a WK. I want you all to know Maureen Unangst is a Driver for T&L, She has ALWAYS Picked us up on time, Her 1st priority is confirming our destination & time we will be done to make sure we will be picked up on time. It's that re-assuring knowing you are getting dropped off & that you will have your ride home to put peace in your Heart to focus on the importance of your Dr. Appt. & Not worrying if your ride is going to actually pick you Back up, for that is only 1 reason why I give Maureen 5 Stars! I always have a fear when it comes to riding with somebody else driving, Maureen is a 5 Star Driver I always feel so Comfortable when she picks us up! When it comes to Customer Service when she picks you up again another 5 Star in that area! Maureen goes above & beyond for EVERYBODY she picks up! She Calls in Advance to make sure you are going & informs you with the time she will be there, her times are accurate & I know my Fiance & I have Always got to ALL of our Appts. In time. Thanks Maureen for your outstanding performance!! To T&L you have an Outstanding Driver, please Never let this one Go! Also to T&L I want to say Thank you to Angel for being extremely helpful & understanding! Anytime I get T&L as my Transportation It really takes the stress off my mind, Knowing Im in great hands & will get to & from my Appts. On time & most importantly Safely!! Thank you again!!
They are the worst service ever!!!' There never on time never!!! They show up when they want or not at all!!! I always miss my appointment and motive care doesn't care at all!!!! I have repeatedly asked for other transportation but motive care doesn't give a care!! And all there cars are dirty as heck and smells. They need to be band!! Permanently!!!
