See All ReviewsVery unpleasant experience. We ordered takeout and paid normally. After we signed the credit card receipt, an older Korean lady working there pointed at the receipt and told us to add a tip. This was for a TO-GO order. When we told her it was takeout, she gave us a nasty look and clearly showed attitude. Pressuring customers to tip—especially for takeout—is completely inappropriate. A tip is optional and should never be demanded. Making customers feel uncomfortable after they already paid is unacceptable behavior. I’ve also heard from others that staff here sometimes pressure customers for tips and act rude if you don’t comply. It feels like they try to bully customers who won’t push back. That kind of behavior says a lot about how they treat people. Definitely not a place I’d want to support again.
One of my favorite authentic Korean restaurants in the area! We used to go here often before Covid but haven’t been back in a while. I’m so glad they’re still open and the food is as good as ever! Service is always friendly and welcoming.
The place was amazing! The food 10/10! The service was friendly! Authentic Korean food. Recommend the seafood pancake and the udon noodle ♥️ Definitely returning!
