a year agoI really love this restaurant …food was super good however the service was number 1, Ruby the server was really great, super attentive & made sure we was satisfied throughout the entire time at Tonos. I will Definitely come back again. 🩷🩷🩷🩷

2 years agoFirst time at restaurant and I’ve been eating mole from different places for over 35 years and this was the worst mole I’ve never had. First it was served in dish you would serve a cup of soup. The chicken was barely visible. The small cup was like 5 percent chicken and 95 % mole sauce. Highly disgusted with my experience here. 🤮

2 years agoThe overall tone and quality of a restaurant rests in the hands of. Customer Service. This place fails miserably. I notice that servers are friendly with some customer than others. I am not a regular and they certainly didn't get a new client today. The portion was ridiculous small. They never brought me napkins and I couldn't Find my waitress. I went to the men's room to get. Some makeshift napkins.

2 years agoThe first time l went i ordered the mole with rice. It was absolutely DELICIOUS! The second time i went l highly recommended the mole to my friends l went there with friends and it was horrible! I was embarrassed and disappointed to have recommended it to my friends which obviously didn’t like it either! I am assuming that there was a different cook that day! I will go back and will be ordering something different to give the restaurant a second chance!

3 years agoWe visited today after many years. Food is so delicious! I ordered my favorite Mexican enchiladas and my hubby a plate of milanesa en salsa chipotle. The staff is very attentive and courteous. The atmosphere is so comfortable and welcoming. Can't wait to visit again with friends.👍💯 recommended.

5 years agoAs usual - I ate too much. Not hard to do here as the food is so good. Wait staff is both friendly and attentive. A great locally-owned restaurant.

7 years agoThere was a long wait at lunch time but the delicious food makes it worth the wait. The beef tacos were tasty but the rice was amazing.
