RUDE!!!!! Not the first time! I drove 40 mins to this location for fresh tortillas. When I arrive there are 3 women working and no customers. I greet them with a hello in “Spanish” they look at me with a disgusting look and no response. I ask for 2 pack of fresh tortillas and I turn around to get fresh chips and crema. At this point there continuing a conversation in Spanish not even responding to me. I tell her I’m going to pay cash and she rudely canceles transaction and takes the cash out of hand. Still at that, I tell her to keep change and politely say thank you as she hands me the bags. When I get home, I realize she didn’t give me the bag of the tortillas. I call the location and there laughing saying.. oh we know who you are. Your the “guerita” I let them know how rude it was that I felt they purposely didn’t give me the tortillas. She said I should’ve grabbed them myself off the counter when she’s the one who handed me the bags. Which I assumed the tortillas were in. I will never return to the location! I hope the owner views this review and teaches them respect. I treat everyone with the upmost respect no matter who it is or what kind of day I’m having. I hope these ladies learn respect!
Always our go to whenever we have family functions & need tasty tortillas de maíz. My wife's personal favorite.
My review is based on the customer service. I gave a star cause no star is not an option. I walked in and all they did was starred at me. None of the 3 employees said a word to me. I said thank you after paying. What did a get in response- not one word!
