We were in the area for my birthday and weren’t familiar with it at all, and to make things harder, Uber doesn’t work there. We ended up walking about an hour from our Airbnb just to get to this restaurant since it was the closest option. From the moment we walked in, our server was incredibly sweet and welcoming. When we asked about getting back, she let us know there were no Ubers available and that it wouldn’t be safe to walk back since it was already 9 PM. She kindly spoke to the owner, and he offered to drive us back himself. He was the friendliest person ever. We were complete strangers, yet his gesture was so thoughtful and unforgettable. Thanks to him, we made it back safely. There really should be more people like him in this world. On top of that, the restaurant was spotless, the staff was warm and friendly, and the food was absolutely excellent. Next time we’re in the area, we’ll definitely be coming back and saying hi to the kindest restaurant owner again.
We had such an unforgettable experience at this restaurant. To start with, we actually walked for almost an hour to get there, not realizing that Uber or any transportation services didn’t operate in the area. By the time we finished dinner, it was already nighttime, and we had no way to get back to our Airbnb. We were honestly a bit worried and unsure what to do. We spoke to our server, who was incredibly kind and understanding. She suggested that the owner might be able to help us. When we spoke to him, he didn’t hesitate for a second, he generously offered to drive us back himself. That level of kindness is something you rarely experience. During the ride, he shared more about the area, explaining how vast the jungle is and mentioning the wildlife around, which made the experience even more memorable. He even told us that if we couldn’t find transportation the next day, he would help us again. That kind of genuine care and hospitality is truly exceptional. On top of that, the service throughout our visit was amazing. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel comfortable the entire time. The food was also incredible, everything we ordered was delicious and clearly made with care. Overall, everything about this place was amazing, the food, the service, and especially the kindness of the people. This wasn’t just a meal; it was an experience we will never forget. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for not only great food but also truly heartfelt hospitality.
Love the atmosphere and dining area with fireplace also has a pool table and live music plus the food is delicious
