Aside from getting the sauce everywhere by accident when I took a bite of my lemon pepper gyro. The food was good, service was good had no complaints.
Service - too slow, Taste - not worth the wait. I literally waited 1hour for 2 gyros and taste was okayish.
I loved the jerk chicken bowl but it's been super super spicy ever since the move to Port Lucaya. Very saddening.
Tropical Gyros has great food. It's basically a to-go place, so the atmosphere is nothing to write home about, but the service is good and the food is delicious. I'm planning to become a regular.
It was my inaugural experience in Tropical Gyros. The atmosphere was nice with Christmas entertaining the patrons and the staff were receptive. The only setback was the wait. I inquired after forty minutes and was told that the gyro bowls took longer due to the rice preparation. It would have been advantages to have knowledge of this at the time of ordering. I placed my order at 1:32p.m. and received it at 2:30p.m. Other than that, the food was well-seasoned and the conch was tender. Thank you Tropical Gyro for allowing me and my friends to experience your cuisine.
food was great, I suggest ordering ahead once you know the menu because the wait is a lil long.
I had the conch gyro, fries and lemonade. Service was great and food was delicious.
I know it's a new place and it's overwhelming right now. But I waited until the rush lunch hour was over and was not disappointed. My food wasnt hot but it wasn't cold. I think that was on my part. The salad was lovely as well. Will definitely go back.
