Trudy Mae's is one of a kind, homemade home town cooking. The best fish and shrimp plate and gumbo that is so delicious. Highly recommend
This was a hidden gem along the way to Louisiana. The food was excellent-you could tell it was all fresh and made with a heart that loves to cook. The portions were huge, the price was wonderful. Would definitely recommend for anyone passing through.
Absolutely the best restaurant around the area! Food is always fresh, hot, and tasty. Staff is friendly. It may take a few minutes if they're busy but its definitely worth the wait! We've tried multiple different dishes and they have all been great! Our family favorites that you can't go wrong with the Jacked burger, Fried Catfish, Chicken stripes or Chicken Fried steak! Also they have large portions so you wont go home hungry!
