I've never been to Tunisia, so I can't say how authentic the food was, but judging the flavors alone, I wouldn't say it was exceptionally delicious. That said, overall it was definitely an interesting and unique culinary experience—especially the traditional sweet-and-sour tea topped with pine nuts.
