Been going here for about 10 years the pizza is always good the salads are great and I love their sandwiches no complaints

BEST GLUTEN FREE PIZZA I'VE EVER HAD I've never written a review like this before, but I had to for Tuscan. I've known about my gluten and dairy allergy since I was 16 (21 now), so before that I was eating pizza everywhere I could and I know what a good one tastes like. After finding out about the allergy, I had to stop eating pizza altogether. Then gluten free pizza places started popping up and I tried them all. %90 of them were complete garbage, %10 were edible. Then I saw that Tuscan had replaced the old Red Brick Pizza or whatever it was and saw that they had their own gluten free dough, so naturally I tried it out. Now, I don't want to overhype anyone who wants to try it, but I'll just say that I've yet to have as good of a gluten free pizza. Not only is it not "total garbage" or "edible," it's actually really really good. Naturally it's not a thick crust pizza (since having no gluten makes that nearly impossibe) like I'd prefer, but goddamn if it isn't incredible. I'm sure if they check this review they'll know exactly who I am since I'm in there nearly weekly, but whatever. They deserve it.
