…….. I regret not ordering double of everything I got today. My husband and I travel constantly around the south for work, so obviously, we’ve stumbled upon many BBQ joints. This takes the cake. It is phenomenal. And even though I wasn’t able to try everything, I can tell you UNDOUBTEDLY that the pork belly and brisket are to die for, the smoked Mac and cheese literally made me mad only because I hadn’t ordered more of it and knew it was eventually going to disappear, the beans, smoked mash potatoes and potato salad were awesome, and I’m still trying to hold on to every last bite of my parfait. Also my husband LOVED the hot boudain. thank y’all so much! See yall soon! (… like seriously tomorrow I may just go back before we go to Tennessee lol)
Best BBQ in Panola County ! Their food is always consistent and fresh. Its my go to for BBQ ! Go check them out. You'll be glad you did.
We stopped to eat here on our way from Texas back to Michigan and it was well worth the stop! We enjoyed talking with Keith and his staff. They know hospitality! Twisted Hickory has 4.9 stars but they deserve 5.0 stars on Google. It's some of the best BBQ I've ever had. We tried the tiny twisters (YUM!), brisket, ribs, MAN beans, mac and cheese, and sweet tea. It was so good we bought some food for the road! I would highly recommend this gem of a place to anyone who likes great BBQ.
