I’ve gone to this location three nights in a row and every time they’ve been closed before their listed hours of operation say they’re closed. Both Google and Maps have their hours of operation as open. Got there five minutes after “Closing” and they wouldn’t serve us despite incorrect hours posted. Told the worker that they need to resolve the issue online and didn’t even get a response back. Sad thing is, I’m not the only one having this issue. Every time I’ve gone other cars have come up behind me also trying to get service. Wonder if the owner knows how much business they’re losing. Third times a charm, won’t be returning, Lost my family‘s business to another ice cream shop nearby. Should’ve looked up previous reviews where they said this was a problem months ago. Hopefully the owner or manager reads their reviews and has this problem fixed for future customers. My advice to others is don’t go at night after eating dinner or you risk no service/closed shop.
One of the workers I believe her name was catalina or Catarina forgive me forgetting but she was wonderful. Took care of us when we got a flavor we didn’t like and she swapped it for us. Thank you!
It’s 9:15pm and the drive thru doesn’t work it says to pull up. A red car is parked here, line formed. No one is working. They either changed their hours of operation or their employee bailed. Thanks for wasting our gas and time.
