6 months agoStay away!!!These were the absolute worst tacos I’ve ever had in my life. The tortillas were terrible, the chicken was disgusting and I have honestly never seen anyone mess up a taco this bad. The ladies were nice. I threw this food away, it was that bad. And on top of that I pad $16 for 5 tacos. That’s insane, especially since there were disgusting

6 months agoSweet mother of baby Jesus… TX Tacos really said “come hungry and leave questioning your life choices.” I ordered the pork quesadilla plate and let me tell you, this thing could bring peace to nations. The quesadilla was so good it had me staring at the wall afterwards like I just unlocked a new level of consciousness. One of the best parts? You get to pick your own meat like you’re choosing a Pokémon starter but way more delicious. And the variety… my goodness. They’ve got enough options to make even the most indecisive person break into a sweat. The rice slapped, the beans hugged my soul, and the quesadilla? That thing was crispy, cheesy, and overflowing like it was trying to bless me personally. If you aren’t eating here yet, you’re doing life wrong. Highly recommend.

2 years agoDon't drive pass these tacos you will regret it. First off, the flour tortillas are homemade, which already makes a big difference, the food is cafeteria style but is done very well and portion sizes are great. What really blew me away was the menudo, it's easily the best I've had in the northwest side and would put in the top 5 for Houston as a whole. The meat is cut into bit size pieces and is cooked perfectly, the broth itself has tons of flavor and bit of spice, it tastes like your grandma made it!

3 years agoThis place has the customer service of the great old days! Super nice family owned business. I’ve been coming here weekly almost daily for brunch! Their breakfast tacos are 10 out of 10 their carne de pastor is so good it’s a must try!!!!! Today I tried something new here there Gorditas I was mind blown 🤯 super stuffed with meat beans cheese and all the salsa verde I wanted the taste was outstanding!!!!!! If your in the Jersey Village area or just passing by 290 and Jones definitely stop by I recommend and you will too!!!! I love this place I’ve been coming here for 6 months don’t knock it until you try it!!!

5 years agoIt was soooo good I ate the tender meat so fast I forgot to take a picture before I started eating!!! Breakfast tacos, lunch tacos, menudo and pupusas! Delicious authentic Mexican food! Great hole in the wall!
