I just had my son and his brides wedding October 1st. We had a food truck back out on us 2 1/2 weeks before the wedding date. Uncle Bob & Sweet T’s BBQ saved the day!!! This was a good size wedding with about 120 people. We are the first wedding they have done and let me tell you they hit it OUT OF THE PARK!!! People raved about how good it was and the sides that came with it were delicious! You would never know this was their first wedding. They were so organized and had cute menus made up with a wedding theme. I believe they started their business in May. I have no doubt they will book up for future weddings.
