I booked a 5am pickup last minute. I was concerned since I literally booked it late the evening before. Chris was early for my pickup and was extremely pleasant. I will use them again. 100 percent.
I'm here today to file a big complaint for Taxis Union, located at 1997 Morris Avenue. The dispatcher by the name of Gabriel is an unscrupulous, uneducated, insolent Dominican guy. On three different occasions you've had service that takes an hour or more, you're being mocked as a customer by this guy. He deserves an exemplary sanction and to be removed from the position he occupies at Taxis Union. I join the complaints of Justin Ramirez, Scott Basty Ford, Adam Reader, Cristina Vazquez, Samantha Reedus, Tony Forte and Serge Lazarev. The inhabitants of Union deserve polite, punctual and quality treatment. I demand that the Union authorities close down the establishment. I need to send the above-mentioned complaints to the Union County authorities and have this complaint resolved legally. Let's unite for polite and punctual service.
Horrible experience had me waiting 40 minutes when they told me 10 minutes. Then the driver said i had to pay him extra for coming to get me!!!! Crazy! no wonder why uber and lyft are used! Don't use them at all please call uber or lyft cabs are outdated...
