I received an email regarding an invoice for a list of physicians I never seen. I have never been to this office, nor have I seen any of the doctors listed in the email. I am happy to pay any outstanding invoice, but I need a formal PO sent to me with dates of visits and the doctor that was seen. I also need an invoice, especially a medical one, to not come from a gmail account. That does not seem secure when regarding my HIPPA rights. It certainly screams scammy. If you are legit, you have my address and can send an invoice to it.
Nice location in Union. Good doctors. Long wait. After my EKG and Echo Cardiogram, a few days later, I requested for a Madical Report with CD. They just handed me a printed report. I requested for a CD and the receptionist told me they have no CD recording of the Echo Cardio. She said the do not have the capability to provide that. :(
