Why do you have Desk Receptionist taking in Compliant's then stop you from Articulating the Criminal Offense.

First of All; They defend Entities, and don't enforce code against those who supposed to enforce State and Federal Law. Second, Denial of Service's Attacks, been faxing paperwork and I get a return of Denial after trying to Report Major Fraud, and other Capital Crimes, further ignoring the fact they have a fax problem. Third, You can't even articulate the Code to them in person or by Phone, they seem incompetent. Looks like one of those Hotels that you try going in a get a room.
