Came to this food truck all the way from Buda and will say this is worth the trip 🙌🏽, ordered the classic,the outlaw,the Mexican and the Mexican hot dogs(3 hot dogs for $9.99? Yes please!) Let me say for the AMAZING food quality the prices are perfectly justified. The steak is so tender and it almost taste buttery. Both the employees were incredibly kind and patient with us while we ordered so much food. 10/10 would visit again!
Yes. Yes. Yes. I'm usually a cheese fry person, but decided to go plain to get a sense of what Up is really delivering and man am I glad I did because the fries were seasoned to PERFECTION 🤤 And the Mama Philly delivered all that and then some. Meat - good. Onions - good. Peppers - good. Everything - 👍👍 Sidenote: it was raining like crazy and I had a late lunch (1:30ish) so I had zero wait, but I can see why this place might get backed up.
I enjoyed a “La Mama” Cheesesteak, which was well seasoned and a generous portion. Outside seating area is well shaded, so it was surprisingly tolerable to sit out and eat my hot cheesesteak in 100+ degree weather. Recommend getting a fresh lemonade as well! I’ll definitely be back. Parking is a little crazy by the gas station, but it moves along pretty quickly.
