I love them! The owner is the best! My fur babies receive the best care in her hands. Corrine and her team are the BEST! I’ve been going to Upscale Tails/Paws & Claws for over 14 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Upscale Tails is the best groomer in the area. Hands down. We bring our dogs Eddie and Cookie here for nail trimmings. Prior to coming to Upscale Tails, they were terrified of getting their nails done. The vet we went to would always cut them way too short and our dogs dreaded even going inside. With Corrine, they are in and out with no problems at all. She genuinely cares about each pup and makes them feel as comfortable as possible. I would recommend Upscale Tails to anyone who is looking for a professional, reliable, down to earth groomer.
There’s two different dog services in this plaza and I am highly disappointed in both. I walked in at noon there was no one there besides an older lady sitting down and the lady at the check in desk. I walked in with my golden to ask how much it would be for a haircut. She looked at me up and down and said “all my goldens start at $90 but I’m not taking any clients right now.” I asked her oh are you full today. She said no but she just didn’t want to take my dog. It really felt like a race thing. My golden is fully trained. I’m so disappointed by this. Petco charges about $40-$50 and they fully groom the dog after the haircut and leave them with a bow at the end. The reason I didn’t go to Petco because the closest one is 15 additional minutes away and they were fully booked today. This location is trying to charge double the price for I guess only white owners. Please stay away. I’ve submitted a photo of my pup.
