Grace did a great job of correcting my passport application and even called the passport agency to make sure it would be processed correctly.
Worse post office ever! When going away for. long periods traveling every year they NEVER follow the written directions to forward mail. They either hold the mail, deliver to wrong address or deliver inconsistently to both the home address AND forwarding address. On occasion even called national postal service to have corrected, told would they contact Sheffield Station, still never got corrected! This is not once but year after year. On top of that they will never answer the phone when trying to reach them! So frustrating !
Horrific service! They claim that packages are delivered and they aren’t. Our regular mail carrier is wonderful. However, when he is off the person delivering the mail doesn’t know or care how to read. Everyone’s mail is a mess and we can’t postmaster general! Some government service NOT! This place needs to be investigated!
