Good food and ambiance but I give this a one star because of the service. I'm yelp elite and if you've looked at my rating history on yelp, I'm more positive and generally give 5 or 4 star ratings and dont care about service as much so you know when I post something negative it's serious. When we ordered 2 sets of kebabs(theyre supposed to come in sets of 4, they said they were out of kebabs and only had the 6 that they served us initially and we thought they were going to reduce the price). Later another person ordered and we heard that they had rice and kebabs available. Then when we got the check we got charged full priceand the guy said the portions were so big they count as a full serving... We felt scammed and misled for getting only 6 skewers when we expected 8.
Tucked away spot with some of the most flavorful food I’ve had in years. The complimentary fresh bread and saffron-cardamom tea already make the experience feel special before the food even comes out. The kebabs were insanely juicy, perfectly charred, and packed with flavor all the way through. That green sauce deserves its own award. Service was absolutely top notch, everyone was welcoming and genuinely cared about the experience. You can tell this place is built with pride and tradition. Honestly one of the best food experiences I’ve had since moving from Houston to Seattle. This is the kind of restaurant you randomly discover once and then keep craving forever. Highly recommended.
This place seriously impressed me. The plov is hands down the best I’ve tried — perfectly cooked rice, rich flavor, and the meat is tender and seasoned exactly right. You can tell it’s made with care and authenticity. The lamb kebab is absolutely outstanding — juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The chicken kebab is just as good — super tender, well-marinated, and not dry at all. Everything tasted fresh, portions were solid, and the overall experience was excellent. If you’re looking for real Uzbek food done right, this is the spot. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be coming back.
