See All ReviewsMy experience here was very distasteful. aside from the wait being extremely long for the amount of customers they had, when I received my food it was raw. I ordered the 2 lb parilla, medium. When I received my food some piece of steaks were completely raw. I thought nothing of it at the time so I went up to the cook and asked if he could please cook it more for me. He responded by telling me that it was medium and when I showed him the still moo-ing piece of steak he looked me dead in the eye and told me “yeah thats medium” in a condescending tone. I once again thought nothing of it and when I get the platter back I analyze further and see raw chicken after I had told the cook to please cook up the steak and other pieces that might’ve been raw. I wouldn’t have written this review if I hadn’t been met with such terrible customer service but at this point I feel like I have to.
This is actually ridiculous, this “2lb” platter was $80. I sat there waiting 50 minutes for this to be prepared just for this to be the output. 5 pieces of yuca, two spoonfuls of rice, what a joke. For $80 I would have expected this to bring more food and not take 50 minutes. I am never coming back here
We can to try the experience at this food truck and was not satisfied. The waiting time is horrible . The staff have preference in getting to go orders over clients who ordered in line. Customers who were before us ate and left and we were still waiting wiring. As I check for the status of our order the lady who took orders asked me if I was going to eat here or take out when I ordered dine in. The food presentation was as in the pic . Sadly my experience was horrible
