Horrible experience. Been there before when it wasn’t as busy and it was good. DO NOT GO WHEN THEY ARE BUSY. They do not have the correct service or management to be that busy. We went in, got told “give me a minute” then sat for 20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged again. We had four people there were multiple empty booths. When I went and asked the server/hostess a wait time (we did not get given one at first I had to ask for one) or if we can at least just sit down at the booth we just watched someone clean she said 20 minutes, and that there was a table of 12 that has a reservation so they would be bumped up. I told her I understand but we have four people we will not need a table like them just a booth. Then the owner came over and told us “if you don’t like the wait time you can leave” we told her we don’t have a problem with the time we just wanted to sit at the booth to wait, the booth that was clean and ready. Then she just said “can you guys just leave?” Insane. She could have at least just said no we can sit you when we can, or given us a wait time but we just got asked to leave. Which is funny because another man came in for his reservation and was met with such kindness and told a wait, and how it’s been so busy sorry. Unlike us who got asked to leave for asking to sit at a clean table to wait until they could serve us. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry before I get it can get busy and crazy but that is absolutely the managements job to handle it with professionalism, have the RESERVED table ready before they get there, not ask people to leave because you can’t handle it period.

Delicious food and fantastic service. The atmosphere and seating are one of a kind and really cool. The molcajete is excellent! Also the fajitas and the carne asada. 👌🏻
