See All ReviewsPlease make yourself a favor and do not put a foot in this restaurant. I had the most disgusting experience with this service at this restaurant. I ordered a order of fresh rolls and a tofu sandwich these 2 order came first also order a pho beef soup and 45 minutes later of me waiting I was told that they forgot about Placing my order then after they saw me uncomfortable, they told me they were going to make it, I saw them take out my soup from the microwave, They gave me a cold soup, noodle was broken in tiny pieces. Beef taste old and in Less then a minute after I taste the soup I return it and told them the soup was bad. To be honest, this soup tasted like it was a leftover from another customer, and they served it to me because there was in a rush, like I said almost an hour of me waiting and they still charge me the soup knowing well that the soup was rush and bad, I would have preferred not to leave a bad review but in this bad economy is a must.
Pho House really hit the spot The shrimp toast was super crispy and honestly hard to stop eating The shrimp drunken noodles had the perfect mix of flavor and heat, and the beef stir fry was tender and really well done But the beef meatball pho… that broth was next level!!!! Rich, layered, and just really comforting in a way you don’t forget Also have to shout out our waiter Kevin and the staff They were genuinely kind and super attentive without ever being overbearing Made the whole meal feel easy and welcoming Really good food, really good people We’ll definitely be back
Van’s Ruined All Other Food For Me. I’m Not Mad About It. I walked into Van’s a humble man. I walked out forever changed. The beef stir fry made time stop. The portions are absolutely obscene in the best way; I wasn’t eating a meal, I was receiving a gift. The pho? A broth so rich and soulful it should be studied by scientists. I considered asking to bathe in it. I showed restraint. Barely. And the mango boba awakened something in me that I cannot explain and will not try to. Our server Kevin is a national treasure; patient, warm, and an expert guide through a menu of this magnitude. Van herself is the sweetest human currently operating in food service, and you can taste the love she puts into this place. That is not a metaphor. Huge portions. Reasonable prices. Life-altering food. Van’s is not a restaurant. It’s a calling. Go immediately and bring your appetite — she is here to ruin you for mediocre food forever, and honestly? Thank her for it.
