a month agoAll fresh food, handmade tortillas. We were referred by Palamino Coffee who carries a limited number of breakfast tacos. We arrived on Taco Tuesday ordered egg, Chorizo, papas on flour tortilla for half price $2 !!! Unbelievably great taco crispy chorizo delicious!

5 months agoI’m out words with how goooooood this place is!! I don’t write a lot of reviews. But this by far is the best taco food truck in all of Austin. Real authentic Mexican flavor and fresh ingredients. The flavor explodes in my mouth. I felled in love with the puffy taco with carne asada and regular homemade flour tortilla carne asada taco. Tacos are fully stuffed, fresh. Green salsa is my favorite! Super friendly staff and chill environment and vibes. Excellent customer service!!! Will be coming back to try the whole menu, I don’t care how far I have to drive. Is that good!

7 months agoBeen here three times in like a week. This place is out of the way for me but is so good. Tortillas are top notch. Everything is incredible. The breakfast tostada is a lot to deal with but is so good

9 months agoVecinos is delicious, large portions and super affordable if you order the right items! We got the chilaquiles and the chorizo breakfast tostada and our total was about $16. The portion sizes were very large! We were so full afterwards! The tostada was super tasty. My only critique was that they had 2 salsa choices and both of them were super spicy. I know this is a personal preference though and would love medium spicy salsa. I would definitely recommend! Also grab a coffee from Zed’s, they serve Creature Coffee.

10 months agoVery good food for affordable price. Was pleasantly surprised to have a solid breakfast taco for only $3 instead of the new typical $6-7 we normally get in Austin. Excellent service. The owner is very kind and accommodating. It is right next to zedds with pleanty of outdoor seating, fans, mist, etc. highly recommend All of our food below was only ~$20.

11 months agoSo glad that Austin has a proper halal taco place. The owners were so kind and told us that all the meat is sourced locally from a halal meat market and that they grind their on sausage/chorizo (beef) They also make all their tortillas (corn/flour) in house. The tacos were so good we went twice in one day…

a year agoWent here on a taco tour I had with my siblings and was so so happy I did!! We tried a lot of spots that Saturday night, so we didn’t try too many things this time - but I will in the future. We had the birria and the deshebrada tacos. The owner told us to try the flour shell and wow was that good. Deshebrada on flour with the green & red salsa provided - incredible!! I can’t wait to come back for breakfast tacos!!

a year agoBest taco truck for Mexican food and tacos in the city. Try the puffy taco with your choice of meat. Not only are all the ingredients super fresh the flavor is on point and the prices are affordable. BOMB
