Super cute, cozy, creative, and modern cafe. The drinks were super good, and the food was really fresh. I loved looking at the local art, and they even have a little gaming system that you can try and beat everyone else’s high score in. This super awesome horse mural was also nearby.
Not a bad place. Decent prices, however the espresso (doppio) had coffee grounds in it. The siphon coffee had decent flavor for a dark roast. It would be nice if they didn't shy away from lighter roasts. I understand it's easier to brew dark roasts but light roasts have such great flavor profiles with different notes that could compliment some of their food dishes. Don't see where I said I was confused.
Did a coffee run for me and some co-workers, and Velvet Robot did not disappoint. The coffee was excellent, and everything in the order was made accurately. I wasn’t able to hang around long, but the aesthetics of the indoor seating seemed really cool as well.
