Vesuvios is fantastic. Last night I got an eggplant Parmesan sandwich and I was worried that it would be the ‘modern’, floppy, tasteless frozen version that is so common at pizzerias but this one was heaven. It was clearly made from scratch and with love. Absolutely delicious and the slices are money.
Stopped by for a few slices. Decent selection of toppings and the slices were cooked to my liking. I got a plain and a BBQ chicken. Both were tasty. Similar to other pizza place in the area they have an expansive menu. I'll be back to try some other items.
It's always such a treat, coming to Vesuvios. Family tradition, multi-generational, always consistent. It's where I take our out of town friends who want really good pizza. Dario is always so nice.
