Ordered a pizza to go. Once I got home I realized the pizza was incorrect I ordered a Capri pizza and received a Pepperoni pizza. Tried one slice in case the ham and mushrooms was placed underneath (nothing) I called and was told it was my fault I should've made sure my oder was correct that I ordered a Pepperoni and wasn't being truthful that I probably ate it. I explained I couldn't drive back that I'm already all the way on the Westside. Guy continued to be unprofessional. Was looking forward to try the pizza for awhile finally for the opportunity and was let down with terrible service. Only one little mushroom as you could see on photos. If "I ordered a Pepperoni" what if I was alergic to that one mushroom that was placed on the pizza. Asked if I could speak to manager he told me ask for Alfonso. Asked if that was the manager. He said just ask for Alfonso that he'll be there. Correction it's not a mushroom IT'S THE CARDBOARD!
Kept hearing GREAT things about the pizza so decided to try it out. Pizza was ok, but it could be better. Not as awesome as we kept hearing from friends and strangers at other bars. My real rating is 3 stars, but giving it 4 stars because the wife and I did have a nice evening in the patio, the bar tender constantly checked on us, AND because the $6 pitchers were big pitchers 👍🏽. My search for a place that has pizza closer to NY pies, continues. 😔
Order was simple a meat lovers pizza and a house salad, pizza was very sad hardly any cheese or meat . I would expect more for a 12 inch pizza for 11.95$ And how in the world would you charge me for ranch dressing when I ordered a salad for 7,00$ plus 1$ for the ranch dressing.
