We recently moved to Monroe and have already been to Victor’s Taco Shop several times—it has quickly become one of our favorite local spots! The food is consistently delicious, and the service is outstanding. On our most recent visit this past Sunday, I walked in at 1:55 PM and noticed they closed at 2:00 PM. I asked if they were still serving, and without hesitation she smiled and said, “Of course!” That level of friendliness and customer service really stood out. So far we’ve tried the street tacos, rolled tacos, carne asada burrito, enchiladas with their delicious red sauce, steak quesadilla, bean and cheese burrito, and the bacon and chorizo breakfast burritos—and everything has been great. My only small critique is that the beans could use a little more salt, but that’s minor compared to how good everything else has been. If you’re in Monroe and looking for great Mexican food with friendly service, I highly recommend Victor’s Taco Shop!
Food is great but the last 3 times ive been portions have been significantly smaller and prices have gone up. Hard to justify the price when it leaves you hungry
this place always hit, my food always hot and fresh never takes any longer than 20 mins. it cheaper than taco bell too the only downside is they close mad early
