So it was the first time I’ve ever been there. Me and my son went . I walked up to order and the gentleman was so nice and welcoming. I asked him what his best burger was and he said the green chili is very popular. I ordered that, double meat add bacon with the friend pickles. My son got the double hamburger add bacon with the seasoned fries. Now we live all the way across town so we were worried about the buns getting soggy which would have been our own fault but nope! The burgers were not soggy at all and they were still hot! They wrap them up really good. These were definitely absolutely delicious!!!! We will absolutely be back. We will be back for the amazing food but also for the friendly faces. It’s a family business which to me makes it even better. The price is fair and absolutely worth every penny. It’s real food made fresh to order. We will definitely be back!!!

Today was my first day eating here and I ordered two specials. The hamburgers were very, very, very delicious. They were on point but, I was disappointed with the quantity of the french fries even if I ordered a small I should have got more than what I was served. Also, I didn’t like that there is nowhere to sit and eat? Other than that, the food was good, but I would never come back. The food was overpriced.

I understand the nostalgia behind this place, and I really wanted to like it. The concept of an old-fashioned burger spot is appealing. However, for the price point, the overall experience didn’t feel balanced. The “monster” burger is large but more of a novelty than something I’d order again, and the portion of fries served alongside it felt modest relative to the cost. At this level, I expected stronger execution and better overall value. There are other spots in Midland that deliver a more satisfying experience for the same, or less money.
