I feel bad for the 3 stars because the fish is great and the price is amazing. However, the wait was really long. The system they have for ordering is inefficient and they still make you wait at the back of the line even if you’ve ordered ahead. Also, seasoned French fries at a fish and chip shop is a little odd.
Fish is always freshly made. Coleslaw is fabulous and so r hush puppies and fries. I’m trying the sandwiches today. Folks say they r great. 5 stars. Prices great as well!!
GO FOR THE FISH AND FRIED ZUCCHINI! Great value for your money here, the deep fried fish is made to order so everything is just fried. Simple place with a lot of history and always a great deal. Bonus: for dessert go next door to Simone’s for some donuts.
