This guy always with a problem saying that he’s the owner, cursing people out, and the manager says that he don’t care if you lose his people they say one price and the receipt and they charge another price the people that drying the cars using dirty rags and wet is scratching peoples cars like I said they don’t care about nobody’s cars never will take my car there again
SCRATCHED THE CRAP OUT MY CAR. VIP Hand wash shame on you. You can do an entire walk around my car and not find a single scratch considering it’s literally brand new. I always heard to only do hand washes to minimize scratches on the car. The first time I come here not only did they do a horrible job with the outside wash. It wasn’t dried properly at all so it looked like crap but they scratched the hell out my paint. I went to the manager (as seen in the picture) and after telling him my problem that their towel or drying mat scratched it so bad that it looked partly keyed I was told “prove it” then he continued to laugh in my face (as you can see in the picture). The thing about teslas is the car is recording at all times. What would’ve been a $60 buff is going to turn into something completely different and this business has no one to thank but the manager. I would’ve been okay with a simple “we apologize” and would’ve said just be more mindful of peoples cars and paid for the buff my self. I’d love to see how long the manager stays laughing at messing peoples cars up.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I paid for both interior and exterior cleaning, but even though my car is a 2-door sedan, they charged me the price of an SUV. I was surprised when, in less than 10 minutes, they told me my car was ready — I thought it meant they were fast and efficient. To my disappointment, the front of the car hadn’t even been sprayed with water, and the interior was just as dirty as before, clearly showing they didn’t even use a vacuum. When I approached the staff for an explanation, they told me that if I wanted my vehicle properly cleaned, I’d have to pay extra. I have no problem paying a fair price, but at least be upfront about it from the start — otherwise, it feels like a scam to take your money and give you whatever level of service they want, not the one you actually paid for. Overall, I do not recommend this place. There are plenty of car washes in the area, and driving just 5 minutes further could save you from a terrible experience like this one.
