3 months agoI will be a frequently returning customer! The food was fresh, made to order, and generous portions. The pricing is excellent for such quality food. The meats were so good. They are some of the best I have had outside of Mexico! I also tried the complimentary cup of Mexican coffee, and it was great. If you like spicy food, definitely try the mango salsa. I can not wait to try more of their food! The owner Oscar, is super friendly and willing to be very accommodating to customers. The owners son Jesus was such a polite and well spoken young man. He was very helpful. Support this local small business! You will not be disappointed. I can not wait to try more of their items, especially the birria!

3 months agoI am so glad we stopped by here while we were in Ephrata! I had the Tinga (shredded chicken) tacos and my wife had the Al Pastor. Both were VERY flavorful, fresh, and juicy. DELICIOUS! I also appreciate that each order was served with 2 nice sized lime wedges and a nice sized container of salsa. The service was great and I have to say GREAT JOB to Mom and Dad, because your son seems like a great kid. We will definitely be back to try the Quesabirrias.

3 months agoWe have driven past this food truck so many times and finally stopped this evening. Boy am I glad we did! We were welcomed by a very nice considerate young man and we're offered free Mexican coffee by the chef. We ordered two different tacos, they came out quickly and were absolutely amazing. Juicy, flavorful and hot off the flat top! We will absolutely be back to try more!

5 months agoThe nicest and humble small business owners I've ever met. The food is truly incredible and is always my go-to spot when I'm looking to get a meal out. Absolutely must give them a shot. Also gave me free Mexican coffee on a cold snowy day, and it was delicious!

7 months agoThis place is amazing! Was hungry for some good taco's, they were outstanding. The tacos are so good. Prices are great. They also have other dishes, in which I will be back to try another time.

9 months agoI woke up wanting a big bowl of pico so we went here and got nachos and tacos and they were amazing! The pico is fresh and delicious, the chicken is seasoned well, and generously portioned. My son loved his tacos! The service was also excellent and everyone was so friendly, we will definitely be back!

10 months agoViva Mexico has the best tacos around; the flavors, consistency, and value make them incredible. I’ve tried most of the taco places nearby, and Viva has the best flavors across several different tacos. The tacos are so full that they feel heavy, and an order of 3 is filling. I’ve tried the quesabirrias, al pastor, chicken, and steak. All of these were very good. The consommé was fresh and flavorful. The owners are very nice and the food comes out quickly for being handmade each time. I highly recommend giving a Viva a try.

11 months agoSaw a new taco truck, had to stop. First off, they are super nice people. Great quality service, very friendly. I ordered 3 Al Pastor tacos and a Horchata. Im a big Horchata fan, hands down this is the best I've ever had. I finished it off within minutes and had to get another to go. Now the tacos. They were packed full, as you can see. Great flavor. They gave me a small side of tomatillo sauce and a red sauce. Im not a huge fan of tomatillo, but gave it a shot. Has a nice kick to it, and decent flavor. I didn't get much flavor from the red sauce, just lots of heat. Overall, im definitely stopping here again. I know we have quite a few taco joints around that are all great, but I think I give this place a slight edge. Just my opinion, definitely give them a shot
