Heard food was good, super excited to go then I did. ...ordered a reuben sandwich that tasted like old refrigerator and all flat wings, sandwich gross and 2 flats, called store before getting on freeway to head south and was told to bring back. Ate you serious, it was only 20$ and in all my businesses (food) I would just take accountability, ask for customers name and if they ever came back to my establishment I would return money or remake. Not all customers would call a business and give them an opportunity like that..many would just Blast them of how rude and unpleasant the customer service was and the detasteful the food was, even with the hype, eaterys arent putting the love in the food they make, nowadays its like " take it or leave it"
Today was my first and last time here I asked for a Greek salad with romaine lettuce and no beets well I got old brown iceberg lettuce and beets. I don't drive and live almost 20 minutes away too take it back, how hard is it to mess up a salad!!!!
zero stars. My coworkers and I went here for lunch for the first time and spent $40 for 3 meals. By the time i got back to my work my coworker opens her fish sandwich and there is a rollie poly bug (sow bug) rolled up in the wrapper. When i called the restaurant they asked me to bring back all 3 orders to which i did. When i got there they dug through the bag and told me they "didn't find no bug" and my only option was to have them remake it. I asked for a refund and she proceeded to tell me that isn't in their policy. Wasted my entire lunch hour for no food and out $40. Dont come here. they do not know how to make the situation right. They have lost 2 offices full of customers.
