I ate here twice in a week. 100% gluten free. Everything I had was superb. It was mae to order, quite fresh. The fried chicken waffle sandwich was delicious. The chicken wings were nice and crispy! I can't express how delicious the truffle parm fries were. The "grilled" cheese waffle sandwich was also quite good. I would recommend to anyone, but particularly those with celiac or gluten intolerance.
Yes, 100% gluten free and you really can make great sandwiches with Gluten-free waffles. Basically a college place unless you want the most wonderful GF dessert we have had in a very long time!. Great for kids and 'hip' 70-something folks. Nice parking garage near by. This is really part of a food court with lots of options and a nice full bar in the center.
i was very excited to go here, as it is super hard to find safe places to eat when you can’t eat gluten, so a dedicated gluten free facility is a dream and i am so thankful to the waffle sandwich bar for providing a much needed service! i got the chicken sandwich, which has tomato, lettuce, onion, and pickles with sides of honey and pesto mustard. personally, it wasn’t my favorite. there was nothing wrong with any individual components - the veggies were fresh and flavorful and the chicken was crunchy and juicy! i unfortunately didn’t love the waffle, it wasn’t very flavorful and was kind of wet in the middle (maybe not completely done?). the sandwich as a whole was a little bit hard to eat because it’s very tall, and the waffle and chicken were so crunchy that the roof of my mouth is torn up lol (which is just a testament to how fresh everything is, just hurts a little). i would love to go back sometime and maybe try one of their sweet options overall great price and quality, would recommend especially if you’re gluten free
