Got the half rack of ribs, and they were quite good. Simple tender and great flavor. Ordered baked beans and potato salad as my sides, both were also great. Good atmosphere with the outdoor seating and several tables spread out, I didn’t eat at one of the tables, but it seemed like it would a good spot. Guy taking the orders was nice and I get the impression he was the owner, making it happen. I’d strongly encourage everyone to stop in.
Ok ya'll, if you're in the area you gotta check out We're Outside in Alton! I dont normally do BBQ because I'm such a bbq snob but let me tell you, this is GOOD! Porksteaks fallin off the bone! 🤌 Which is how God intended them to be eaten, dammit!! Bite me, Myron.
Stopped by on a beautiful day, great music outside, had Brisket Sandwich with Baked Beans and Chips. This is such a great community place.
