I mean this in the most pleasant way and just want to give our experience. This was our first time trying this restaurant. I had high hopes, but it was absolutely terrible. I ordered the Ramen bowl with pork belly and shrimp and literally threw up after. There was no flavor, no seasoning, and my noodles tasted like watered down pork belly water with butter. I couldn’t bare to even smell it. I threw up the rest of the night and I am still not feeling like myself. I did like the soft crab sushi roll, it was the 1 thing that I actually enjoyed eating. I also tried the spicy tuna sushi roll and there was no heat and lacked any kind of seasoning and flavor. I was so disappointed. My husband ordered the katsu Curry and felt it severely lacked flavor. We spent $79 on food that I could never bring myself to eat again. I usually don’t do reviews like this but I was just so disappointed and sick after eating. If you are a sushi and ramen fan I would NOT recommend this place at all. Super nice staff but the food is not great at all.
I loveee the vegan roll because of the mango put in it but they were out & I had no clue until I looked in my bag. it’s just sad cause I go there specifically for the vegan roll & wouldn’t have gotten it if I knew there was no mango. there was also no mango in my poke bowl either :( I just wish someone would’ve told me before ordering. maybe it wouldn’t be as much as a bummer if I wasn’t a broke college student cause sushi nights are usually special ones
Definitely the best sushi in town and we have had exceptional sushi in many other places to be able to compare.
