Went in thinking we could get a couple good martinis. Host was clueless. Suggested we go to the third floor for the open air bar. Sounded cool. Turns out--not so good. What's worse... No credit cards accepted up here. Didn't eat so don't consider my review of that. On our way out, we asked to speak with the manager. The bartender called her in her office. She was 'in a meeting' (despite seeing her 5 minutes earlier) and too busy to come out and speak with us. Clearly the problems wih this establishment start at the top. Save your money and avoid this place. °°update°° The owner (Jenna) did call us back and allowed us to express our concerns. She was interested in making things right and offered us to come in for drinks and a meal on her. We declined as we don't have time, and asked that she instead take a look over her online reviews and make efforts to improve her visitors experience. I am hopeful that our conversation will prove helpful to others in the future.
