Surprised and delighted with how delicious the pasta was. We both had the pear Gorgonzola mushroom pasta that was homemade and you could really taste. All three flavors. The bread was crunchy and good and worth the $4 charge. Would definitely return if we were staying there!
The reviews were right on. They have an extensive menu and the food was excellent. I went with the waitress recommendation and I was very happy. The service was also great and the views are an added bonus, specially if you sit outside. I will definitely be back to try some of their other goodies!
Lovely restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outside on a clear evening. They have a menu at the front for you to look at without being pressured to eat there. The waitresses were very friendly. There is a good choice on the menu. We had the fresh fettuccine with chicken and BBQ burger with beacon. They were both cooked to perfection and very tasty. I tried the pineapple juice without realising it is freshly made. It was wonderful and very refreshing. We had a great meal and would highly recommend.
Had a great time here with my wife! We set at the bar, and the bartenders were super friendly. They talked to us about the menu and recommendations. We started with an espresso martini for her and the pistachio martini for me at his recommendation. Both Martinis are absolutely amazing. We shared the bruschetta that which was really good and tasted fresh, then we shared a Tony Montana sushi roll. Who knew that avocado and plantains on a sushi roll will be good. This was one of the most tasteful sushi roll I've ever had.
This restaurant is amazing! Service and food are top notch. The star of the show was the homemade pasta. I know......always eat seafood while at the ocean but their homemade pasta is phenomenal. We had such great and attentive team members from our greetings coming in the door to when we left, we even were asked how our experience was by the owner. It's about a 5 minute walk from Margaritaville. Enjoy!
I can’t say enough great things about this place. We first went a couple of years ago and the quality and atmosphere was so great I had to come back the next time we came to town. So last weekend when it was cold and icky in Hollywood Beach and the iguanas were falling from the trees, we opted for the pasta served table side in a cheese wheel, so we could watch them make the sauce and added the bruschetta. It did not disappoint. The food quality is the same as it was a few years ago. The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the location couldn’t be beat. Our server, Stephania, was incredible and funny and prompt and kind. We are back home again in Indiana now where the snow is falling and they’re calling for blustery conditions the next couple days and it makes me miss that pasta on the beach even more.
Just so-so. The food was mediocre, expensive, small portions, lots of room for improvement. You come to this restaurant for the atmosphere, the vibes on the boardwalk, the music. The food, although we spent $130 for three people, we were still hungry afterwards. The poke powl had a mere three ingredients, salmon, avocado and rice, definitely could have used seaweed, sautéed mushrooms and all sorts of add ons, but it was bare, the salmon tasted good, it was just minimal. The sushi was just okay, again, lots of room for improvement on the rainbow roll, the top layer was incredibly thin, barely any fish. And whoa, expensive wine, for basic choices, yikes! Come here to enjoy the view, staff is nice, boardwalk is nice!
We visited Why Not? café and were very pleased with our experience! Our server, Fernanda, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and cheerful. She explained in detail which dishes contain meat, which was very helpful since we don’t eat it. Thanks to her, choosing our meal was easy and pleasant. We started with a pineapple fresh juice — it was natural, refreshing, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The food was absolutely delicious: I ordered the Why Not signature rolls, and they were simply incredible — tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We also ordered a large seafood portion for three people — everything was cooked perfectly: fresh shrimp, mussels, calamari, and a rich, aromatic sauce with just the right amount of spice. The dish was generous and truly tasty. To finish, we had coffee. The latte was strong, aromatic, and a perfect ending to the meal. Overall — great service, cozy atmosphere, and very delicious food. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place!
