Has hours open on Wednesday 11-10 but when called i was told they are closed to the public on Wednesday for league night how do you have 18 lanes and close all of them for this, if people can’t rent lanes on Wednesday then change your hours to closed on Wednesday thats ridiculous there is no way all lanes are occupied for 11 hours that day. If they are change the hours or make it known
The owner needs to recognize that there is a consistent issue with poor customer service. We walked up to the counter and stood there a while before anyone acknowledged us. It didn’t appear they were preoccupied doing anything else to where they couldn’t greet us.
This bowling alley use to be so much fun to go to. Now even with some improvements, it just sucks. Definitely would rather go to amarillo thats 2 hours from me than go here.
