Called at 7pm for a carry out and was answered with "Sorry we're closed" while google maps showed otherwise. Besides the food which is great, the service apparently needs quite the work especially at answering the phone and explaining why they can't do carry outs an hour before they close.
I did a carry out to a very close location. Burgers were horrible, they tasted like day old things. Very doughy buns. Fries were ok. They failed to get my order right, leaving off a potato order, but I wasn't charged, probably didn't miss anything. Shakes were so-so. I won't return, and I'm not really a super fussy eater and I seldom give poor reviews but I just wasn't happy with anything there.
The food used to be great. The last five times that I have ordered food here, it has been so bad that I just threw it out. I ordered a double cheeseburger and one patty was cut in half to make it appear as a double. It was over cooked so much that it was crunchy. I gave them several more chances, and it just went from bad to worse. The staff used to be happy and cheery. Now they barely look or speak to customers.
