I'm not in agreement with a lot of the reviews I've read about this complex. I moved in to the complex in 2018, never had a bug other than those million-legged critters coming from the woods. Neighbors, for the MOST part, are quiet and keep to themselves. I've never had an issue with the maintenance team or their process. Call in, she'll write up an order and give you a time range, I personally just tell them to use the key from the office and 'whatever' is fixed by the time I get home from work. NEVER an issue. Assigned parking would be a great amenity to have, but could possibly be a headache for such a big complex, so it is what it is. (Not too bad if you're getting home before 7 pm.) Aside from that You're not going to find a more spacious apartment for these prices anywhere.
The worst apartments in the world. In the 98 temperature the AC is not working from last 2 days. Call the maintenance but no body comes to fix it. Went to rental office they said we don’t care go buy the AC for your self from Home Depot. Really bad management & bad home equipments.
The woman who runs maintenance is extremely unprofessional. I called her for an update, instead I got sarcastically yelled at to have a nice day. We shouldn’t have to wait over a week to have a small problem fixed because of her attitude. I hope she has a day as lovely as she was.
