3 months agoI didn’t expect a whole lot at first, just another local joint but I’m not gonna lie, the Bubba Burger I got was amazing. Juicy, the vegetables were fresh. I wanna say the burger could’ve used some more seasoning but that didn’t stop me from destroying it. The fries were fries. Fresh and just enough salt, can’t get any better than that. They were good. 5/5 if it’s like that every time, I wanna eat here again. My only complaint is I was too full for seconds

5 months agoCustomer service was terrible here. I placed an order for pickup over the phone and since it was my first time ordering here, I asked the employee taking my order for clarification on what came on one of their burgers. She responded “everything that usually comes on a burger” in a condescending tone. Just a very unpleasant person to speak with in general. When I picked up my food and got back home, I noticed that they didn’t give me any ketchup to go with my fries or even offer me any. Then, when I was eating the burger I ordered, I tasted that there was a piece of hair in the meat I was chewing. I pulled the piece of hair out of my mouth to confirm that it was actually hair and immediately spit out the food. It ruined my whole meal. Overall, this place is unsanitary and the woman who takes the orders is rude. I would not recommend eating here at all.

8 months agoWe went in after looking at the prices on the menu online and apparently the online menu is wrong it says 50 piece is 34.99 but when we got there it's 74.99. They need to update the menu if they are going to change the prices. Other than that everything is wonderful.

11 months agoI placed an online order... it was a simple order over the phone... when I got my food the chicken was bone in it was supposed to be boneless. Not to mention the so called wings were rubbery and dripping with grease.. also i threw away what they decided to call Fried pickles.. FOR $26 THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF EATING RAMEN NOODLES THAN WING BASKET. Below is the picture of the so called Fried pickles they decided to serve me..... this place is absolutely horrible and disgusting... the girl over the phone cant hear and the cooks can't cook.

4 years agoThis is my second visit to The Wing Basket. I have to say it is some of the best food I have eaten, from a restaurant, in a long time. The service was great as well. I loved it. They also have a game room. And its also extremely clean. Great Job Wing Basket.

6 years agoOur waitress was fast and efficient when taking our order. The food was hot and rather delicious. We will definitely visit every time we are in Covington, TN.
